Customer Reviews
Good Val d'Isere chalet stay
I booked a catered chalet in Val d'Isere for a family ski holiday back in February. The booking process online was straightforward enough, though I had a few questions about child care services which I called about. The customer support person was helpful and clarified everything for me. We took advantage of an early bird discount, which saved us a decent amount. The chalet itself was nice, cozy and kept clean. Food was good, quite standard catered chalet fare. Transfers were included, which was great, didn't have to worry about sorting that out. Overall, a solid experience. I'd consider them again for next season.
Easy Tignes apartment booking
I booked a self-catering apartment in Tignes for a short break. Website was easy to use. Confirmation came quickly. Apartment was as described. No issues with anything really. Good location. Would use them again for sure.
Ski-in ski-out Meribel chalet
We got a ski-in ski-out chalet in Meribel for a group trip in March. Found a march ski deal, which was a nice bonus. The whole booking process was pretty smooth online, no weird glitches or anything. The chalet was exactly what we wanted, being able to just ski to the door was awesome. It had a hot tub too, which was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Everything was well-organized from their end. Happy with how it all went down.

Anyone used Ski France before? How do they compare to Iglu Ski? I've used Iglu a few times but wondering if SF offers something better.
Hey, wondering if anyone knows how the early bird deals work? Like, do you need a code or is it just applied automatically when you book ahead?
If there's, like, no snow on my trip, what happens? Is there any sort of guarantee or compensation for that?
Are their chalets usually ski-in ski-out, or do you often have to hike a bit to get to the slopes?
What's the deal with transfers? Are airport transfers usually included in their packages or is that an extra cost I need to factor in?
